The double-string shaft wear-free dehydrator is particularly practical for high-viscosity and high-concentration wastewater. Structure and working principle: Utilizing the mutual movement and extrusion principle of twin-screws, it features excellent starting performance, self-cleaning property and process stability, and does not seize the shaft.

The moving ring plates adopt an external drive mode, do not come into contact with the screw shaft, have no wear and no vulnerable parts, and at the same time increase the shear force to further dewater the sludge.
