The working principle of the grid machine mainly consists of the hoisting mechanism, steel wire rope, rake, steel wire rope pulley, rake elongation device, mechanical torque protection, motion drive, ground fixed track and mobile drive positioning device. The positioning and cleaning functions of the entire machine, the lifting and lowering of the rake, the opening and closing of the rake dirt, and the scraping of the rake dirt are the same as those of the fixed installation wire rope traction rake screen cleaner, except that the upper and lower frames are separated, and the upper frame is all set on the mobile drive. When the stroke switch is used to control the decontamination, the frame can be moved to the position of the grille that needs decontamination. When the upper and lower racks are aligned accurately, the rake can remove dirt smoothly. For wide grids, the dirt remover moves the effective width of the tooth rake and continues to remove dirt until the dirt on the grid surface is removed and the water level difference before and after the grid reaches the normal value. For multi-channel distributed grilles, after decontamination of one channel's grille, the decontamination machine moves to another channel and continues decontamination until all the dirt on the grille surfaces of the channels has been cleaned up and the water level difference before and after the grille reaches the normal value.
