Ii. Working Principle
The wastewater to be treated is evenly distributed on the inclined screen surface through the overflow weir. It undergoes primary filtration through the inclined screen surface. The surface gap of the screen is small and smooth, while the gap on the back is large, so the drainage is smooth. Solid substances are retained. The filtered water flows out from the gaps of the screen plate. Under the action of water pressure, the solid substances are pushed to the lower end of the screen plate and enter the screw conveyor sleeve filter screen for secondary filtration. Then, the screw conveyor pushes the solid matter into the circular filter screen of the screen tube for three-stage filtration. Finally, the screw conveyor pressurizes the solid matter to push it away from the material blocking device, thus achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation.
Iii. Equipment Features
1. The volume of the old biogas digester originally built by the livestock farmers is too small, and the retention time of the sewage in the digester is too short, resulting in an excessively high concentration of sewage discharge. 2. The wastewater separated by the inclined screen solid-liquid separator is intermittently fed into the biogas digester, which can provide the anaerobic tank with sufficient digestion time, allowing the active bacteria in the tank to reproduce more vigorously and increase the gas production.
3. The wastewater separated by the inclined screen solid-liquid separator enters the biogas digester, which can effectively solve the problem of crust formation in the biogas digester and eliminate the need to clean the biogas residue.
4. The use of solid-liquid separators for livestock and poultry manure can reduce the investment in the construction of biogas digesters.
