Two, the working principle
The wastewater to be treated is evenly distributed to the inclined screen surface through the overflow weir, and is filtered through the inclined screen surface for primary filtration. The screen surface gap is small and smooth, and the back gap is large, so the drainage is smooth, and the solid is trapped, and the filtered water flows out from the gap of the screen plate. Under the hydraulic action, the solid is pushed to the lower end of the screen plate and enters the strainer screen for secondary filtration. Then the winch will push the solid into the screen round filter screen for three-stage filtration, and finally the winch will pressure the solid to open the blocking device, so as to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation.
Three, equipment characteristics
1. The volume of the old biogas digester originally built by the farmers is too small, and the drainage time of the sewage into the pool is too short, resulting in the sewage concentration being discharged too high, if the sewage is first treated by the inclined screen solid liquid separator before it is submerged in the pool. It can effectively reduce the content of COD and BOD in sewage, reduce the operating load of biogas digester, and achieve the reduction and reduction of sewage discharge;
2. The sewage separated by the inclined sieve type solid-liquid separator enters the biogas digester intermittently, which can make the anaerobic pool have a full digestion time, so that the active bacteria in the pool can reproduce more vigorously and the gas production is higher;
3. The sewage separated by the inclined sieve type solid-liquid separator enters the biogas digester, which can effectively solve the crust phenomenon of the biogas digester and eliminate the work of cleaning the biogas residue;
4. The use of livestock and poultry manure solid-liquid separator can reduce the construction investment of biogas digester.
